TIPS:

Take the photo in natural daylight
Remove any caps/hats/sunglasses/spectacles/mask / burqa or any head gear
hold you id with the tips of your finger/s on the edges to avoid blocking any item on the id.
ensure you can read the printed words on the ID from the photo
ensure there is no one else in the photo
we rely on a robot to help identify you and if it fails a human will take over (a human means more time (up to 24 hours), therefore try and take a good clear picture)
