 activate promotional messages​

1. Dialling *456*9# to access the main menu from your safaricom line.

2. Navigate to Option 5, “Marketing messages”

3. Select option 5 to Activate All Promo messages

4. Wait for a confirmation message from Safaricom

NOTE: This will activate all promotional messages to your phone 

​

1. Toggle ‘Allow Messages’ and choose your preference.
