from your WhatsApp smart kiosk chat,

1. initiate a new chat by saying 'sema' or 'hi'

2. you will then be directed to the main menu

3. Select My Profile

4. Select Talk To Us

5. Attach the document to be shared with us here....then send it

ONLY share a picture only...ONE AT TIME....with every shared picture you will get a confirmation...If you send several pictures we shall only receive one! The document shared are processed by a robot therefore try and make the documents as clear as possible with all words or images VERY VISIBLE to it. If the robot is unable to process the image, a human shall intervene....a human, means more time up to 24 hours during working days)
